Hoe to use
- 1. Fill the main unit with water.
- 2. Hold the handle firmly to prevent the sharpener from moving.
- 3. Insert the rough, medium, and finishing whetstones in order, applying light pressure and moving back and forth 7 to 8 times each.
- 4. After sharpening, rinse the knife with water before use.
When to replace the cartridge
- For home use, approximately 2 to 3 years (using once every 1 to 2 weeks)
- For commercial use, approximately 6 months (if used daily)
