Kutami paper fan is a traditional craft made from the Edo period in Kumamoto, Japan. The surface of the fan has a special painting called “Kaki-shibu”, which is made from green persimmon to make the paper durable and avoid from insects too. You can enjoy the rustic color change by aging.
The size of fan is large enough for using at BBQ to adjust the heat power.
