KAMA-ASA’s MINI Black Shichirin
Overview
Kamasa Shoten original.
Round shichirin made of diatomaceous earth, the standard for charcoal cooking
The main part of the charcoal utensil is the shichirin. The diatomaceous earth charcoal cooking wheel has excellent heat resistance and heat storage properties, allowing the heat from the charcoal to be transferred to the food without escaping.
Cooking with charcoal, which allows for high heat from a distance, is the best part of cooking with a shichirin. In addition to the standard meats, fish, shellfish, and vegetables are also delicious over charcoal.

Three specialties of Kamasa's round shichirin
Original black color
The main body is finished in the original black color.
Black not only makes the product stylish, but also reduces the appearance of dirt on the body.

Integrated carry for easy transport
By integrating the main body and carry, it is easy to carry without rattling.
The carryall also opens a space between the bottom and the floor, which reduces heat transfer.
Durable cast iron saucer
Clay eyelets are lightweight, but have the disadvantage of being vulnerable to impact. By using cast metal, the plates are durable and can be used for a long period of time.
