Aluminum Oyako pan
Overview
Oyako nabe is a pot suitable for making oyako-don and katsudon. The shallow shape of the pot makes it easy to serve the ingredients on top of a bowl of rice, allowing the ingredients to be arranged neatly.
Aluminum has high thermal conductivity, allowing the food to be cooked quickly.
The wooden handle is made less prone to burning by lengthening the metal fittings that attach the body to the pot.
