Kamaasa Shoten (Kamaasa Shoten Co., Ltd.), a cooking utensil store founded in 1908 in Kappabashi, Tokyo, opened its first overseas store in Paris, France in May 2018 with the desire to spread the quality of Japanese cooking utensils to as many people as possible. In this region, which has a strong food-related influence and has produced many famous chefs and attracts gourmets, the store will celebrate its fifth anniversary in May 2023, supported by many people who love local cuisine and cooking utensils. To express its gratitude, the store will hold a program unique to Kamaasa Shoten every day at its Paris store and restaurants in Paris for six days starting on Monday, May 22nd, entitled "Kamaasa Week."
