Brass-Handle Copper egg roll Pan (Kansai Style)
Product Features
Fluffy texture unique to copper
Copper has excellent thermal conductivity, allowing for even and quick heat distribution. This results in eggs cooking in a short time, yielding a fluffy tamagoyaki.
Commitment to thick copper tamagoyaki pans
Professional-grade 1.5mm thickness
This model adopts a thickness of 1.5mm, commonly used in professional settings, from the standard 1.2mm. The increased thickness enhances heat retention and softens heat transfer, reducing uneven cooking. Available in three sizes suitable for home use.
Sturdy brass handle
Equipped with a durable brass handle, allowing for long-term use without worrying about handle replacement.
