Delivery Method
- Domestic delivery
- We deliver items in the form of in-person pickup and signature. Someone at the recipient’s address must sign for the delivery.
NOTE: We cannot compensate for any loss of your package if customers have chosen a delivery method other than the above (e.g. Unattended Delivery) by themselves. - Delivery to countries outside the EU
- We will ship your order within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving it.
If orders are particularly high, shipping may be delayed by a few days.
Orders will be shipped via air mail, and you can track your package using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. - Delivery to EU countries
- Orders for EU countries are accepted through our online shop for EU countries. Please note that this online shop does not ship to EU countries. Please use the online shop for EU countries here.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. The shipping method we offer is air mail only. - International delivery
- Your package will be delivered in 4-10 days after dispatch from our warehouse in Japan. The below delivery times are our estimates of delivery lead time to major cities in each region.

North America: 4-5 business days
Oceania: 4-5 business days

- If your shipment is held at customs, you may be required to submit additional documents to the carrier.
Depending on the product and destination country, you may be asked to submit additional documents to customs. If this happens, please respond promptly.
