HIMENO Aluminum Stock pot
Overview
Drum-shaped skillet
The half-substantial pot is drum-shaped to spread heat more evenly and softly to the food.
Because it comes with a lid, it is ideal for slow simmering dishes such as curry and stew.

HIMENO
HIMENOSAKU. is a long-established pot workshop that has been in business since 1924.
Mr. Juichi Himeno, the third generation here, is one of only a few hand-hammered pot makers in Japan.
The pots and pans are made one by one by hand with the wish of "products that will last a lifetime with the user.
HIMENOSAKU. 2 Key of Honteuchi Aluminum Stock pot
Hammered pattern created by hand hammering
Aluminum is inherently a soft material, but by tapping to tighten the metal particles, it becomes harder and tougher.
The hammered surface created by hammering expands the surface area of the pot's skin, which improves thermal conductivity and allows heat to be transferred more evenly to the food.

Thick 3mm aluminum
The pots and pans made by pounding 3mm-thick aluminum plates not only look beautiful and durable, but also spread the heat evenly across the surface of the pot, making it non-stick.
