Thick type Copper egg roll pan
Overview
Copper's unique fluffy finish
Copper is a good heat conductor, which prevents uneven heat distribution and allows even and rapid heat transfer.
This allows eggs to be cooked in a shorter time, resulting in fluffy omelets.
Two types
There are two shapes: the rectangular Kansai type and the square Kanto type.
The Kansai type is recommended for dashimaki, which is rolled repeatedly, while the Kanto type is recommended for thickly fried egg, which is a familiar dish at sushi restaurants.
Features
1.5mm thickness used by professionals
The thickness of this type ranges from 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm, which is often used for professional purposes.
Thicker thickness improves heat storage and softens heat transfer, making it more difficult for unevenness to occur.
Three sizes are available for easy home use.

How to choose the right size for you
Please select the size according to your purpose, such as 10.5 cm for lunch boxes.
The Kanto type has a separate wooden lid (the Kansai type does not have a wooden lid).
Guideline for the size of eggs to be used
Kansai model 10.5cm: 1 or 2 eggs 12cm: 2 or 3 eggs 13.5cm: 3 or more eggs
Kanto type: 15cm: 4 eggs or more 18cm: 6 eggs or more
* These are approximate estimates. The amount of soup stock, etc. is not included.
