This is an easy-to-use shallow rectangular type from the popular enamel brand Noda Horo.
Enamel, made by applying a glassy glaze to steel plates, is resistant to acids and salt, making it perfect for storage containers. It is also highly heat-resistant and can be used in the oven.
It comes with a plastic sealed lid, so you can store it as is after cooking.
We have an original Kamaasa Shoten product, a special slatted net, available separately.
If you have a special slatted mesh tray, you can use it not only as a storage container but also as a tray.
It is made of the same stainless steel material as the grill racks used in charcoal tools, making it highly durable and heat resistant, and it can be used in the oven, just like the main unit.
