Overview
Made of sturdy stainless steel
This IH-compatible barely-there pot is made of three-layer aluminum-clad steel, which allows heat to be conducted evenly and is characterized by non-stick properties.
The inside of the pot is made of corrosion-resistant 18-8 stainless steel, the middle of the pot is made of aluminum for good heat conduction, and the outside is made of 18-0 stainless steel suitable for induction cooking.
There are no handles on the pot, so you will need to purchase a pair of "scissors" (sold separately).
Unlike the "hand scissors" which grip the pan vertically, the "L-shaped pan gripper" is also available, which can be handled like a standard one-handed pan.
