Overview

POINT 01

Basic one-handed pan

Gyohira pot is a basic one-handed pot. It can be used not only for daily soups, boiled dishes, and soup stock, but also for sauces and stews because it is non-stick.
You can choose the position of the spout depending on the size.
If you hold the pot with your left hand and cook with your right hand, the right spout is easier to use; if you hold the pot with your right hand and cook with your left hand, the left spout is easier to use.

POINT 02

Staff recommended size deep 19.5 cm

The secret story behind its birth is that it was actually created by mistake.
When our staff tried using it, they found that the deep type was easy to use and the exquisite size of 19.5 cm, which is between 18 cm and 21 cm, was useful in a variety of situations, leading to its commercialization.
For those living alone, it is ideal not only for miso soup, but also for boiling pasta or making curry with a lot of ingredients.
For a family (2-4 people), it can be used to make miso soup, pork miso soup, and simmered dishes with plenty of ingredients. It can also be used to boil noodles and leafy greens.
This size is recommended for those who have trouble with the size of one-handled pots.

HIMENOSAKU. 2 Key of Honteuchi Aluminum Gyohira Pot

POINT 01

Hammered pattern created by hand hammering

Aluminum is inherently a soft material, but by tapping to tighten the metal particles, it becomes harder and tougher.
The hammered surface created by hammering expands the surface area of the pot's skin, which improves thermal conductivity and allows heat to be transferred more evenly to the food.

POINT 02

Thick 3mm aluminum

The pots and pans made by pounding 3mm-thick aluminum plates not only look beautiful and durable, but also spread the heat evenly across the surface of the pot, making it non-stick.
