Fish Bone Tweezers HONENUKI MEIJIN
Overview
Once You Try It, You Won’t Want to Put It Down
This professional-grade fish bone tweezer was developed based on feedback from fish processing facilities, fishmongers, and food service operations.
It is designed to reduce workload by addressing common issues such as “bones won’t come out easily” and “tweezer-type tools require too much force.”
Lightweight and Easy to Grip
The shape allows you to grip it firmly with your palm for stable operation. The handle features a non-slip finish, making it easy to use even with wet hands.

No Broken Bones
The design grips bones with a flat surface rather than a point, allowing you to hold firmly and pull them out completely.
This reduces the frustration of bones breaking during removal.
Compared to standard tweezers, the difference in surface grip is immediately noticeable.
Less Effort, Less Fatigue
Using leverage and spring mechanics, force is applied through the palm rather than fingertips.
This allows you to grip bones firmly with minimal effort, reducing fatigue during long periods of use.
Compared to conventional tweezers, it requires roughly one-tenth of the force.

How to care
- After use, place the head (the part beyond the spring) in hot water and open and close it repeatedly. This helps remove fine debris and keeps it hygienic.

- After washing, wipe off moisture thoroughly and allow it to dry before storing.
- Applying oil (knife oil or cooking oil) periodically will help extend its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
-
If the opening and closing becomes stiff
Apply oil to the moving parts and repeat the opening and closing motion. This will restore smooth operation.
You can use knife oil or cooking oil.
Apply from the top, bottom, and sides, and move it to distribute the oil.
After improvement, rinse off excess oil thoroughly with hot water.
