Overview
This deep fryer net with handles is made by craftsmen in Osaka, Japan. The nets are all welded together to prevent snagging, making them easy to wash and durable.
In the kitchen in particular, the edges are often tapped to remove batter from the netting, and the netting is robust enough to withstand such hard use.
It can be used not only for deep frying, but also for boiling and deep frying vegetables and noodles, and for removing scum.
