Kamaasa Shoten, which will be appearing for the first time, will propose a selection of items carefully crafted by excellent craftsmen from all over Japan, such as iron rice cookers, Kiso Sawara rice containers, kitchen knives, Nambu ironware, handmade pots, and cypress Chinese steamers, with the brand concept of "Good tools (Ryorigodogu) - good tools have good principles." These are a number of tools that are used in the kitchens of professional chefs, which have been updated to modern specifications while retaining the good principles of traditional cooking tools.

In addition to sales during the event, we are also planning to offer a free name engraving service, which will make a great gift.
