An induction compatible egg roll pan made by "Urushiyama metal industrial co.,ltd.". They have been manufacturing quality aluminum and stainless steel products from 1948 in Niigata. The base of the pan is made by durable stainless steel and aluminum with high thermal conductivity. Inner side is coated with high quality Teflon (non-stick coating) and you can cook with less oil without burning food.
